Boss Resources has raised $8 million through a share placement and will use the proceeds to advance a definitive feasibility study at the company’s Honeymoon uranium project in South Australia.

Boss Resources has raised $8 million through a share placement and will use the proceeds to advance a definitive feasibility study at the company’s Honeymoon uranium project in South Australia.

Perth-based Boss has issued 200 million shares at 4 cents each with BW Equities acting as lead manager to the placement.

Boss said it would use funds from the placement to progress the DFS, fund further mineral exploration activities and for general working capital.

The company has also appointed Tribeca Investment Partners to arrange project finance facilities up to $US65 million for Honeymoon.

Shares in were up 10 per cent at 4.3 cents each today.
