What is it?
Saberr is a web app that allows organisations to use data to make better decisions about their staff. By analysing employees in advance, organisations can understand the impact of combining people in teams.
Saberr provides a detailed analysis of each individual employee using algorithms to produce reports that detail the strengths and weaknesses of the teams within a company.
Founders
Cofounder Sam Mead resides in Perth, however the other cofounder, Alistair Shepherd, and the rest of the team are based in London.
The market
With clients such as Thompson Reuters and Microsoft, Saberr targets enterprise organisations, but also caters for SMEs and start-ups.
QUOTE
We’ve all had those working relationships that just ‘clicked’ into place, and we’ve all suffered the other side of that coin too. Saberr is tying to give companies a way to know in advance who their strongest and weakest working relationships are, so they can deploy their workforce in the most efficient way possible
- Sam Mead
Funds raised
So far, Saberr has raised $US1.25 million from three rounds of angel investment. It is likely to be fundraising again in late 2015 as it aims to build a couple of new products in the HR data space.
