Who? ~ JAK was founded by CEO Trevor Pugh and is owned by Help Me 24/7 Pty Ltd. The original concept evolved from within the founding director’s building and maintenance business. The development of the software was carried out by a Melbourne-based company and funded by shareholders.

Quotation ~ “In a well-established multibillion dollar industry, we were aware of competitors in the marketplace, but felt the customers’ and tradies’ needs weren’t being met. We believe we can make a positive impact on people’s lives and the way they do things,” Trevor Pugh said.

$/News/Market ~ Currently in the process of series A funding, the business is seeking to raise up to $1 million to fund national and international expansion. A seed round of funding allowed the company to develop, test and refine JAK in Perth and Melbourne.
