Who? ~ Fieldmagic has been developed by CRM Online Australia in consultation with a number of their key clients.

The team included CEO Glenn Richmond, Nabil Francis, Paolo Barcelona, Francis Pineda, Raymond Galor and Kristian Cabading. Christopher Tilos headed the QA team, while Trevor Carlsson led the channel development.

$/News ~ Three years of product development and marketing costs, CRM Online’s investment to date is estimated at $A500,000 to $A700,000, with three full-time developers, one quality assurance and one project manager working on continued product development.

The field service software market size is estimated to grow from $US1.97 billion in 2015 to $US5.11 billion by 2020.
