Doug Warden has joined Resolute Mining as its chief financial officer. Prior to working at CBH as chief financial officer, Mr Warden spent 15 years in the mining industry, primarily with ASX-listed Iluka Resources, where he held a number of senior executive positions including chief financial officer, head of strategic planning, head of resource development and general manager business development.
Jason Shaw is joining Kalium Lakes as chief financial officer. Mr Shaw is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of professional experience. His most recent positions include working as joint group chief financial officer and chief financial officer- America at the Chelsfield Group.
Paladin Energy has hired Jess Oram as general manager exploration and Alex Rybak as general manager business development and marketing. Ms Oram was previously chief executive and executive director of Cauldron Energy. Prior to this appointment, Mr Rybak worked at Rosneft Oil Company as deputy head of business development and TNK-BP as project director of mergers and acquisitions.
Satterley Property Group has appointed Phil Botsis as investor relationship executive. Mr Botsis will work with Satterley founder and chief executive Nigel Satterley to expand the company’s national investor partner network with a focus on WA, VIC, QLD and NSW. Mr Botsis has experience in the finance industry and founded Ledge Finance 42 years ago. Following a management buy-out in November 2020, Ms Botsis left Ledge Finance to become a consultant.
Ryan Menezes has been promoted as partner of PwC's cybersecurity and digital trust. Mr Menezes has worked at the company for more than two decades. Before he was promoted, he worked as director digital trust.
