IT services provider ASG Group has signed a $14.8 million contract with the Department of Education.
The five year deal will comprise support services and updated licenses for the Oracle software suite, ASG said in a statement.
ASG has provided finance, human resources and payroll management for the Department since 2006.
"Over the years ASG has built a strong understanding of the Department of Education's mission critical Oracle environment," chief executive Geoff Lewis said.
"Expanding our relationship to include ASG's Oracle Business Solutions attests to the strength of the relationship and our ability to anticipate the department's future needs."
Mr Lewis said he hoped the contract would lead to additional projects and managed services over the next few years, particularly in cloud computing services.
Mr Lewis said the company was also close to finalising an additional $60 million in new contracts, after having announced a series of significant contract wins earlier this month.
At 12:00PM, WST, ASG shares were down 1.5 per cent, at 32 cents.
