Tracy Lefroy

Starting out as an agribusiness analyst, Tracey Lefroy took a different pathway when she established Cranmore Home in 2013, a retail store stocking Australian designed homewares, furniture and art. From inception as an online business, Ms Lefroy has since opened a brick-and-mortar store in her town of Moora, maintaining a sound retail customer base while growing Cranmore Home’s presence among commercial clients – procuring goods for building companies, interior designers and architects. Sales have grown significantly despite the challenge of overcoming distance to market, being based in a regional town in the Wheatbelt, and parenting three young children. Ms Lefroy plans to share her business learnings in her capacity as the recently elected councillor of the Moora Shire, with a focus on education and entrepreneurship, and in her role as board member of Innovation Central Midlands.
