Favourite place in WA for a short break?

The Great Southern (Denmark) or Margaret River. I love being by the water and love walking in picturesque forests and relaxing with a glass of local wine afterwards.

Where's the best place in Perth to take out-of-towners?

Rottnest Island for its beautiful beaches, secluded bays and relaxed feeling.

Pet hate when travelling on airplanes?

Time spent waiting around at airports and on board. I like to get to my destination as fast as possible.

How often do you travel? Is it usually for business or pleasure?

I travel for business and pleasure, interstate regularly and overseas a few times each year.

What's always in your carry-on luggage?

My phone charger is permanently packed. Travel accessories kit, reading material, computer (only because I have to).

Where have you always wanted to travel/holiday but haven't managed to yet?

South America.

What is your favourite interstate/overseas restaurant/bar/hotel?

La Pergola Restaurant, on a rooftop overlooking Rome. Three Michelin stars. Located in the Waldorf Astoria Rome Cavalieri Hotel.

You hope Perth always retains ...

... stunning Kings Park, such a beautiful place so close to the city. It offers so much for Perth people and visitors - magnificent views, botanical gardens, wildflowers, bushwalking tracks.
