Navitas trio reap $19m from share sale

Three directors from global education services provider Navitas have pocketed a combined $18.6 million from the sale of shares on-market.

Managing director Rod Jones and director Peter Larsen have each sold 2.5 milion shares, reaping $7.75 million.

A third director, Peter Campbell, sold one million shares for $3.1 million.

The sales follow the release last week of another strong profit result by Navitas, which has been one of the top performing companies on the ASX over the past year.

The company lifted net profit after tax by 32 per cent to $49.2 milion.
