Nedlands-based ISS Group Ltd has signed a purchase agreement and subsequent four year maintenance and support contract with BHP Billiton Nickel West for the BabelFish suite of products.

Nedlands-based ISS Group Ltd has signed a purchase agreement and subsequent four year maintenance and support contract with BHP Billiton Nickel West for the BabelFish suite of products.

The ISS BabelFish software will be used to access and analyse vital plant operations and laboratory data for the Nickel West operations including Mt.Keith, Leinster, Kambalda, Kalgoorlie and Kwinana.

ISS Group business development manager Greg Eggleton said its products helped customers establish best operations and business process management practices by providing a comprehensive view of operational information.

ISS was established in 1995 and is an information and technology company that develops and markets infrastructure and application software for the oil, gas and mineral processing industries. ISS has offices in Australia, US, Europe and Asia.

ISS listed on the ASX in 2004.
