An entity controlled by multiple directors including Anthony Silvestro has bought a 32ha parcel of industrial land.
An entity controlled by multiple parties including Home Group and Blueprint Homes director Anthony Silvestro has purchased a 31.58-hectare parcel of land in Forrestdale for $9.5 million.
Doorbarda Holdings Pty Ltd bought lot 9 Oxley Road from Alessandro Brun Da Pato, RP Data records show.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission documents show that Doorbanda Holdings is controlled by Anthony Silvestro and Giuseppe Marchese.
Its shareholders are JSM Holdings and Allsilver Holdings, controlled by Paulo Silvestro and Guissepe Marchese respectively.
The vacant landholding sits within the Doobarda Industrial Estate.
Colliers industrial and logistics national director Sam Hammond and investment services manager Shane Isaacs brokered the deal in an off-market transaction.
“The forthcoming Doobarda Industrial Estate has attracted a local developer demonstrating the ongoing demand for industrial land in Western Australia,” Mr Isaacs said.
Mr Hammond added that the rapid development and significant population growth in the surrounding areas, combined with the strategic location and future expansion of the Doobarda Industrial Estate drove the premium price.
“This reflects the strong demand and limited supply of industrial land across the Perth Metropolitan area, marking one of the largest sales of englobo future industrial land in 2025,” he said.
Home Group and Blueprint Homes was formerly known as Silvestro Building Group.
