The 777 Group’s pharmacist-led model is transforming how their franchisees grow, innovate, and prepare for the next frontier, which is seeing pharmacists prescribing for common conditions, now available in Queensland and rolling out nationally, starting with WA later this year.
Dedicated Pharmacist-Led Support
Our BDPs combine clinical expertise with business insight to deliver tailored strategies for every pharmacy. Each pharmacy has an allocated BDP, focused on its unique needs, ensuring practical, results-driven recommendations that make a real difference.
“Support only matters if it delivers measurable outcomes. Our agile monthly reporting tracks growth, identifies opportunities, and offers benchmarking, while targeted actions close gaps and unlock quick wins,” said Pharmacy Operations Manager Negar Almassi.
“This framework supports the Group’s strategic growth plans and enables deep, targeted implementation of the 777’s progressive, pharmacist-forward Operating Model. By aligning structure with strategy, we help franchisees achieve sustainable success.
“Our role is about empowering pharmacies with actionable insights that drive measurable business growth, while delivering remarkable patient health outcomes. Owners want clarity on what to do next, why it matters, and how monitoring performance brings sustained growth and new business opportunities. Our BDPs provide that support. We understand pharmacists, community pharmacy, and the fast-changing trends of our industry, and our team are here as collaborative partners to lean on,” said Negar.
