Rob Bear

Rob Bear joined Alcoa in 2000 as director of remediation operations where he was responsible for managing its environmental liabilities at over 130 active, inactive, or previously-owned locations. He has since been the corporate director of environmental affairs in 2006, vice president of EHS global primary products in 2011, vice president of transformation in 2014, and vice president of operations Australia and president Alcoa Australia on an interim basis from December 2022 to May 2023.

Prior to joining Alcoa, Mr Bear spent 15 years in the environmental engineering and consulting business, providing remediation and site restoration services to industrial clients throughout North America.
