
Peter Dean is a design principal of Perth's HASSELL studio, working throughout the western region. He has a diverse range of skills in an extensive range of projects including institutional buildings, universities, museums, commercial and multiple residential developments.
Mr Dean was the primary creative design team leader on projects including the Perth Optus Stadium, one40william, Fiona Stanley Hospital, GSK's South East Asia headquarters in Singapore, and is leading the HASSELL design team on Chevron Headquarters in Perth and the New Museum of Western Australia.
His experience in the UK included the preparation of a master plan in 2000 to 2003 for the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford - Britain's oldest museum, established in 1683. Mr Dean contributed to London’s Southbank, Southampton University and Lincoln University master plans and led design teams for a broad spectrum of Institutional building typologies.
He has specialist skills in delivering high quality contemporary design solutions from inception to completion, and has a personal interest in creating sustainable solutions that is reflected in the numerous award-winning projects he has led as an international design leader.
