Katherine Perincek advises on a range of land access issues and has particular expertise in native title, indigenous heritage, and indigenous corporate governance. Her clients included mining and exploration companies, electricity providers and local government. Ms Perincek was recognised as an "Associate to Watch" by Chambers and Partners for Native Title (Proponents) in 2018, and has been described as a lawyer who "…attracts notice as an impressive "up-and-comer" on the Perth scene with a "very solid native title pedigree…".
