UEM Sunrise is one of Malaysia’s leading property developers.
Established in 2008, it is the flagship company for township and property development businesses of UEM Group Berhad and Khazanah Nasional Berhad. UEM Group is wholly-owned by Khazanah, an investment fund of the Government of Malaysia.
UEM Sunrise entered the Perth property market in August 2023 with the purchase of a development site in Subiaco East.
