Scitech

Scitech is a not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to increase awareness, interest, capability and participation by all Western Australians in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

The organisation was established in 1988 as a company limited by guarantee through the combined efforts of the Western Australian government, industry leaders and the State's top scientists and educators. Since inception, revenue from admissions, sponsorships, exhibition rental and other sources have funded around 50% of Scitech's programs with the balance contributed by the WA government through a five-year funding agreement.
