GoldArc Resources (formerly Asra Minerals, formerly Torian Resources) is a Western Australian gold exploration company with a focus on the eastern Goldfields.

Torian Resources was admitted to the official list of the ASX on 30 June 1986.

The company changed its name to Asra Minerals in May 2022, and to GoldArc Resources in September 2025.
