In 1987, Gary Dempsey established his own building company Gary Dempsey Developments which has developed and built a diverse range of commercial and residential projects.
These have included retirement villages, nursing homes, schools, office buildings, exclusive club houses and museums, and a large number of multi-unit residential developments and luxurious homes.
