Board Moves October 9, 2017

Patrick Corr has been appointed non-executive director of Dempsey Minerals. Mr  Corr specialises in the laws regulating companies and securities industries in Australia, with a particular focus on minerals and natural resources.  

Marcus Flis has joined Cervantes Corporation as non-executive director. His appointment comes at a time when the company progresses with the acquisition of the Payne’s Find Gold project and the exploration of its strategically located projects.

Global Gold Holdings has appointed Eryn Kestel as company secretary, replacing Dan Smith who has resigned from the role.

Peter Webse has resigned as joint company secretary of mobile & e-health company G Medical Innovations Holdings. Stephen Buckley will remain as the sole company secretary.

Smart Trans Holdings has made several changes to its board and senior leadership team. It has appointed seasoned finance executive Mark Ziirsen as non-executive director, Bryan Carr moves from an executive to a non-executive director role, John Harley is global finance controller following the departure of James Brooke, Linus D'Crus has been promoted to general manager of Australian operations, Stevan Tao has also been promoted to general manager of China operations, and Sean Hyatt is manager of sourcing brands.
