Ian Middlemas and Greg Swan have resigned from Cradle Resources as non-executive chair and company secretary respectively. They will be replaced by Chris Bath, who has been appointed non-executive director and company secretary. Mr Bath is a Chartered Accountant with broad experience in the energy and resources sector.
Plus Connect has appointed Mitesh Achari as non-executive director and Justyn Stedwell as company secretary. Mr Achari has extensive experience in the Australian property and construction industry, and Mr Stedwell has over 12 years of experience as a company secretary for ASX-listed companies in various industries.
