Julius Matthys has been appointed non-executive chair of Doray Minerals.
Duncan Saville has been appointed alternate director of Homeloans.
Sheila McGregor has resigned as non-executive director of Seven West Media.
Several board changes were made as a result of the de-merger of Westgold Resources from Metals X:
- Peter Cook has resigned as non-executive director of Metals X and will become managing director of Westgold Resources;
- Peter Schwann has been appointed independent non-executive director of Westgold Resources;
- Warren Hallam resigns as non-executive director of Westgold Resources. He will continue as managing director of Metals X.
