Board Moves April 23, 2018

Noel McAuliffe has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Birimian. He replaces Nick Longmire who has served in those roles on a part-time basis since November 2017. Mr  McAuliffe is a CPA with extensive mining industry experience in Africa, including Burkina Faso in West Africa.

Experienced investment banker Peter Meurer has joined Peak Resources as non-executive chair. Mr  Meurer has a distinguished career with over 40 years in the corporate finance sector. He takes over the chairmanship from Jonathan Murray, who will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Symbol Mining has appointed experienced mining executive Tim Wither as chief executive. Mr  Wither has over 17 years of experience in the resources industry, domestically and internationally, with key involvement in the development of several greenfield base metal projects.

Peter Wall has resigned as non-executive chair of Activistic.

Tom Revy will be stepping down as non-executive chair of Empire Resources due to growing external professional commitments. Mr  Revy has been on the board for 8 years, as the company transitioned from an explorer to a producer.

Mathew Perrot has joined the board of Victory Mines as non-executive director. Mr  Perrot is a Registered Practising Geologist and has a multi-commodity background.
