Board Moves September 11, 2023

Apollo Minerals has appointed highly credentialed exploration and mine geologist Paul Roberts as non-executive director, and Hugo Schumann has resigned from the board after 5 years as a non-executive director. Mr Roberts has extensive experience in mineral exploration management and mine geology within Australia, Africa, and South America. He was the founder and managing director of African-focused gold explorer Predictive Discovery where he was responsible for the discovery of the world class Bankan Gold Project in Guinea, West Africa.

Odin Metals has appointed Martin Donohue as non-executive chair, and Simon Peters will transition from executive chair to chief executive & managing director. Mr Donohue has over 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector where he has been directly involved in the evaluation and financing of mineral projects at various stages of development.
