Board Moves October 26, 2021

Deepankar Panigrahi has resigned as non-executive director of Berkeley Energia. Mr Panigrahi joined the board in November 2017, as a nominee director of the Oman Investment Fund (formerly the State General Reserve Fund of Oman).

Parkway Corporate has appointed general counsel Alexander Cook as executive director and joint company secretary, and current executive director and managing director Bahay Ozcakmak’s title will be revised to group managing director and chief executive. The company has also appointed Penelope Creswell as an independent non-executive director, following the resignation of Patrick Power. Ms Creswell, a lawyer with over 25 years of professional experience, has been focusing on infrastructure projects, planning and environmental law, including in the waste and water sectors.

Terry Sweet, non-executive chair of Proteomics International Laboratories since its incorporation in 2014, will be retiring from the board at the upcoming AGM on 25 November.

WiseTech Global has appointed Michael Malone and Richard Dammery as non-executive directors from December. Mr Malone, former founder of iinet, is an entrepreneur, business executive, and professional director with more than 20 years of experience across the technology, telecommunications and media industries. Mr Dammery was a senior executive and lawyer with over 30 years of experience across the telecommunications, retail, infrastructure, technology, health and legal sectors prior to commencing his non-executive career.
