Board Moves November 1, 2022

Alicanto Minerals has appointed Maddison Cramer, co-founder of boutique corporate services business Belltree Corporate, as company secretary. Ms Cramer is a corporate lawyer with experience in both the listed and unlisted space, advising entities across a variety of different sectors but with a focus on mining and resources. Michael Naylor has resigned as company secretary but remains the company’s chief financial officer. Ms Cramer has also been appointed joint company secretary of Bellavista Resources and Cygnus Gold.

Leo Lithium has appointed experienced mining executive Rick Crabb as non-executive chair, taking over from Alistair Cowden who was the inaugural chair. Mr Crabb has been involved as a director and strategic shareholder of many public companies operating in Australia, Asia and Africa (including Mali and Burkina Faso) for over 30 years. He also has a legal background which has centred on mining, corporate and commercial law.

Justin Mouchacca has taken over from Aaron Bertolatti as company secretary of Odin Metals. Mr Mouchacca, principal of JM Corporate Services, is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in public company responsibilities including statutory, corporate governance and financial reporting requirements.
