Gang Xu has resigned as non-executive director of RMA Energy. The company has appointed ZhiHong Chen as his replacement. Mr  Chen was RMA’s senior exploration geologist from 2010 to 2015.

Dr Dirk van Hyning has resigned as chief executive of Alexium International Group. The board has appointed Dr Robert Brookins, current executive vice president of research and development at Alexium, as interim chief executive. Dr  Brookins has held operational roles within the company since 2010 and has been a major force in the development of the company’s flame retardant technologies.

Brad Sampson, non-executive chair of Agrimin since April 2016, will transition to a non-executive director role following his appointment as chief executive of Kore Potash.

Mark Fisher, managing director of Intiger Group, is stepping aside for several months whilst recovering from surgery. He will continue as an executive director although he will not perform any operational duties. As such, the board has announced a temporary restructure of management at the company. George Jaja, Intiger’s global head of productivity and optimisation, has been appointed acting chief executive; and Charles Blake, current global head of partnerships, will become chief marketing and technology officer.

Australian strategic metals company TNG Limited has appointed highly experienced Australian mining executive Greg Durack as non-executive director. Mr  Durack has more than 30 years of global mining experience and vast knowledge in project evaluation, feasibility studies, project development and mining operations. Stuart Crow will retire as non-executive director due to increasing commitments from other corporate and business interests. Rex Turkington, who has been an independent non-executive director of TNG for 8 years, will assume the role of interim chair until a permanent appointment has been made.
