Board Moves May 24, 2018

Caravel Minerals has advised of resignations from board members Peter Alexander as non-executive chair, Marcel Hilmer as executive director and chief executive, Daniel Ryan and James Harris as non-executive directors.

Imants Kins has been appointed non-executive chair of ATC Alloys. Mr  Kins has been an experienced chairman and non-executive director of several listed companies since 2005. He was co-chair (with Gina Rinehart) and one of the founders of Australians for Northern Development and Economic Vision (ANDEV). The company also advises that Nicholas Halliday has resigned as non-executive director. Following the appointment of Mr  Kins and the resignation of Mr  Halliday, the board has restructured to include Patrick Burke moving into a non-executive role while Nathan Featherby moves into an executive one.
