Board Moves June 1, 2017

Orinoco Gold has appointed Craig Dawson, current chief operating officer, as chief executive officer. John Hannaford has retired as non-executive chair. Current non-executive director, Brian Thomas, will become chair.

Kuan Yew Lim has resigned as non-executive director of APAC Coal.

Oscar Aamodt has resigned as non-executive chair of Alchemy Resources. Lindsay Dudfield, current non-executive director, will assume the role of chair.

Haranga Resources has announced the appointment of Peter Youd as non-executive director and the resignation of Brian McMaster as chair.

Ausmex has appointed MienTze Tang as company secretary, following the resignation of Tim Slate.

Drake Rresources has appointed James Scovell and Sara Kelly as non-executive directors, and Julia Beckett replaces Jay Stephenson as company secretary. Mr  Stephenson will remain on the board as non-executive director.
