Centaurus Metals’ chief financial officer, John Westdorp, has taken over the role of company secretary from Paul Bridson.
Robert Sennitt has been appointed non-executive director of Peak Resources. He replaces John Jetter as a nominee director of Appian Pinnacle Holdco, the company’s largest shareholder. Mr Sennitt has been involved in the Australian resources sector for over thirty years, initially as an investment banker before taking on the roles of managing director and chief executive.
