Board Moves February 9, 2021

Emerge Gaming, the operator of eSports and gaming technology, has appointed Robert Hersov as non-executive director. Mr Hersov is a South African entrepreneur and private investor who has founded and owns a number of companies in the media, sport and finance sectors. He is also a regular public speaker, panellist, moderator, podcaster and interviewer/interviewee, and a founder and host of “The Lion Cage”.

Tom Fontaine has joined the board of Kinetiko Energy as a non-executive director. Mr Fontaine is a professional engineer with over 25 years of technical and commercial experience in the development and commercialisation of conventional and unconventional petroleum assets including startup, running and building resource companies. Adam Sierakowski, who has been non-executive chair prior to the company’s listing in July 2011, will transition to executive chair.

Kingwest Resources has appointed Alex McCulloch as non-executive director. Mr McCulloch spent over 35 years in the Australian, North American, and Tanzanian mining industries, with a particular focus on the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.
