Board Moves December 24, 2018

Sheng Fu has resigned as non-executive director of Amani Gold. The company has appointed geoscientist and experienced company director Grant Thomas as executive technical director, who will be responsible for strategic business analysis and project evaluation. Mr  Thomas was the company’s technical director from March to November this year. Former chair Klaus Eckhof has also been appointed an advisor on exploration activities and ongoing business development.

Geoff Jones has resigned as non-executive director of Blackham Resources.

Julian Rockett has replaced Ivan Tatkovich as company secretary of Dropsuite. Mr  Rockett is a corporate lawyer and company secretary with experience advising on IPOs, M&A, RTOs and capital raising for ASX-listed companies.

Simon O'Loughlin has been appointed non-executive chair of Oklo Resources. Mr  O'Loughlin is the founding member of O’Loughlins Lawyers, an Adelaide-based medium-sized specialist commercial law firm. He replaces Michael Fotios who has resigned from the board.

Robert Hayes has resigned as chief scientific officer of Phylogica, having held the role since June 2017.

Rodd Boland has stepped down as non-executive director of White Cliff Minerals after 8 years on the board.
