Board Moves August 31, 2017

Tony Walsh has resigned as company secretary of Atlas Iron.

Michael Anderson has resigned as non-executive director of Base Resources.

Avita Medical has appointed Erin Liberto as chief commercial officer. Ms  Liberto was vice president of marketing, topical dermatology at Allergan where she led the commercial operations of marketing and strategic communication for 2 dermatology franchises.

Frederick Salkanovic has been appointed non-executive director of Classic Minerals. Mr  Salkanovic has over 45 years of mining experience and has operated successful precious metals and gemstone mining operations.

Glen Masterman has resigned as non-executive director of Beadell Resources due to his increasing work commitments at Evolution Mining.

Timothy Turner has resigned as non-executive director of Legacy Iron Ore. Mr  Turner was the founding director of the company. Rakesh Gupta, current chief executive, has been appointed executive director.

Millennium Minerals has appointed Stacey Apostolou as chief financial officer and company secretary, on a contract basis. This appointment follows the departure of Richard Hill, chief financial officer, and company secretary Pierre Malherbe.
