Neil Guard has been appointed as chief executive officer of Richmond Wellbeing. Until July 2015, Mr Guard was executive director of the Drug and Alcohol Office WA, a role he played for seven years. His earlier roles include five years as director of Healthway, and director of accommodation services in the Disability Services Commission for four years. Mr Guard is also the chairman of the board of the National Drug Research Institute at Curtin University, a member of the board of Activ Foundation and chair of the Activ Service Advisory Committee.
