Internet service provider iiNet has appointed Patrick O’Sullivan and Paul McCarney to its board, following the recent resignations of Simon Hackett and Paul Broad.
Mr O’Sullivan is chair of Healthengine and was formerly chief financial officer of Optus and Goodman Fielder.
Mr McCarney is chairman of Search Academy and has done digital technology and marketing consulting work for companies such as Fairfax, Bain and Accenture.
