Felicity Gooding has been appointed as a non-executive director on the board of Impact Minerals. Ms Gooding is the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of the Minderoo Group. She has held senior positions at several companies including PwC and Fortescue Metals Group.
Ms Gooding will replace Aaron Hood on the Impact board, as Minderoo’s representative.
