Recreational fishing body Recfishwest has appointed Tim Bray as its new chairman.
Mr Bray joined the Recfishwest board in 2012 as a non-executive director and has also chaired the communications committee.
Mr Bray is the general manager of corporate communications with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA, and was previously employed with Western Power as strategic policy manager before becoming its corporate affairs manager.
Recfishwest also appointed Michael Burgess, who is manager of services and support at the South West Institute of Technology in Bunbury.
