Board Moves September 5, 2019

Beverley Nichols has resigned as joint company secretary of Alita Resources. Mark Turner is no longer the executive director of operations but remains on the board as a non-executive director.

AusCann Group Holdings has appointed cannabinoid expert and medical executive Dr Marcel Bonn-Miller as non-executive director. Dr  Bonn-Miller is the global clinical scientific director of Spectrum Therapeutics, the medical division of Canopy Growth Corporation which is the largest shareholder of AusCann. He replaces Bruce Linton as nominee director from Canopy. David Pryce, alternate director for Mr  Linton, has also resigned.

Aida Tabakovic has been appointed joint company secretary of Indiana Resources. Ms  Tabakovic has over 11 years of experience and was involved in listing a number of junior exploration companies on the ASX.
