Board Moves September 21, 2017

Chris Evans has been appointed chief operating officer, a newly created position, at Altura Mining. He has been Altura’s general manager of operations since July 2015. His appointment comes at a time when the company is strengthening its senior executive team as it moves closer to first production from its 100%-owned Pilgangoora Lithium Project next year.

Max Nind has been appointed exploration manager of Meteoric Resources. His appointment is a key step in rapidly progressing the company’s highly prospective explorations assets in Quebec and Ontario, Canada.

Darren Townsend has resigned as managing director of Peak Resources and is now the chief development officer (a newly created role) at Neometals. Mr  Townsend remains with Peak Resources as its non-executive director and current chief operating officer, Rocky Smith, will become interim chief executive.  

Michael Higginson has resigned as company secretary of migme.
