Board Moves October 7, 2022

Albion Resources has appointed Steve Formica as non-executive chair and Julian Jarman as non-executive director, following the resignations of Colin Locke and Mark Major as executive chair and non-executive director respectively. Mr Formica is a businessman and operations manager with over 35 years of experience in several privately-held business ventures across multiple industry sectors. Mr Jarman is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience, including significant corporate and capital raising experience especially with startups and small to mid-cap companies.

Kevin Hart has replaced Nathan Bartrop as company secretary of medtech company Artrya. Both Mr Hart and Mr Bartrop are from Endeavour Corporate, an advisory firm that specialises in the provision of company secretarial and accounting services to ASX-listed entities.

Current non-executive chair Shaun Scott will transition to an executive chair at Noble Helium as the company enters the next phase of its exploration program. Mr Scott was appointed to the board in April 2022.
