Anand Sheth has been appointed strategic marketing adviser of Birimian. Mr  Sheth is a technical and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the international marketing and global sales of lithium concentrate and lithium chemicals. He will assist Birimian in establishing sales, marketing and shipping departments for its Goulamina Lithium Project.

Deborah Ambrosini has been appointed managing director of MEC Resources. Ms  Ambrosini has extensive experience with MEC Resources, having been with the company for over 10 years as the chief financial officer, company secretary and executive director. She will continue in her role as chief financial officer and company secretary.

Ashley Lim has replaced Nicholas Day as company secretary of Minbos Resources.

Derek Oelofse has been appointed joint company secretary of Mineral Resources. Mr  Oelofse has been the company’s group financial controller since June 2012.

Spectur, Australian-based remote security monitoring systems and cloud-based technology solutions company, has appointed Darren Cooper as non-executive director and interim chair. Mr  Cooper spent more than 20 years with various companies in management and senior executive roles, and holds a number of board and strategic advisory roles across a range of industries including property, construction, labour hire, professional services and telecommunications. Former executive chair and founder, Richard Wilkins, has stepped down.
