Board Moves October 2, 2018

George Ventouras has resigned as non-executive director of Apollo Consolidated, having served on the board since 2009. He will be involved with the company in an executive consulting capacity.

The Data Exchange Network has appointed John Duffin and Tim Desmond as non-executive directors. Mr  Duffin has over 20 years of experience within the Asian data centre industry and Mr  Desmond is a co-founder of Data Exchange and the original visionary responsible for the high-density modular data centre concepts being commercialised by Data Exchange.

Simon Coxhell has resigned as managing director and chief executive of Echo Resources. Current chair Barry Bolitho will assume executive leadership of the company until a replacement has been appointed.

Robert Ierace has been appointed chief financial officer of Gulf Manganese Corporation. Mr  Ierace is a Chartered Accountant and Secretary with over 20 years of experience, predominantly with ASX- and AIM-listed resources, oil and gas exploration and production companies.

Andrew Nai has resigned as non-executive director of Northern Mining, having served on the board since 2013.

Neville Bassett has joined the board of PharmAust as non-executive director. Mr  Bassett is chair of Westar Capital and a director or company secretary of several public and private companies. Wayne Best has retired as non-executive director.

Raymond Whitten has been appointed executive chair of Viking Mines. Mr  Whitten joined Viking’s board in October 2014 and has been non-executive chair since 2017.
