Board Moves November 30, 2022

Dr JingBin Wang has retired as a non-executive director of Alto Metals. Dr Wang has been on the board since 2016.

C29 Metals has appointed Jamie Myers and Tianjiao Wang as non-executive directors, following the resignations of Mark Major and Marty Helean from the board. Mr Myers has over 15 years of equities dealing and corporate advisory experience. Mr Wang has extensive experience in equity markets, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions in the emerging market space, restructuring and capital sourcing from the Asian region.

Brent Cook has resigned as non-executive director of GBM Resources. He has been with the company since September 2020.

Loren King has replaced Sophie Raven as joint company secretary of Kalium Lakes. Ms King has over 12 years of experience in company secretarial and non-executive director roles which has included assisting ASX-listed companies across a range of sectors with company listings, corporate affairs, governance, ASIC and ASX regulatory requirements.

Andrew Barclay, non-executive director of Troy Resources since 2020, will take on the additional role of a company secretary following the resignation of Rebecca Broughton as chief financial officer and company secretary.

Winsome Resources has appointed highly experienced lithium professional Stephen Biggins as non-executive director. He will transition into the role of non-executive chair in January 2023, taking over from Justin Boylson who will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Mr Biggins has over 25 years of experience as a geologist and mining industry executive, including 10 years as managing director of Core Lithium where he led the company through the acquisition, discovery, permitting, financing, offtake and production from the first lithium mine in the Northern Territory, one of the highest-grade lithium resources in Australia.
