Board Moves November 30, 2018

Andrew Haslam and Martin Bryant have resigned as non-executive directors of BCI Minerals.

Mark Woodall has retired as non-executive director of Carnegie Clean Energy.

eSense-Lab has appointed Piers Lewis as non-executive chair and Amit Edri as non-executive director. Mr  Lewis has over 20 years of corporate experience in finance, banking, management and M&A in the resources, banking and technology sectors in Australia, Asia and Europe. Mr  Edri has extensive experience in the medicinal cannabis industry, having served as an independent consultant for several International medical cannabis companies.

Martin Stein has replaced Graham Baldisseri as company secretary of Golden Deeps, and Michael Rodriguez has been appointed a non-executive director. Mr  Rodriguez has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning, operation and management of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical plants across Australia, Turkey, Europe and the Americas. Mr  Stein also replaces Mr  Baldisseri as company secretary of Metals Australia and Sabre Resources.

George Giannakis has replaced Terence Clee as non-executive director of JV Global. Mr  Giannakis has over 30 years of extensive financial and commercial experience working at a senior and executive level with privately-owned and public-listed companies.

Kresta Holdings has appointed YongJiu Xu as non-executive director. Mr  Xu was previously Kresta’s chief information officer from June 2014 to May 2016, and specialises in e-commerce operation and digital marketing.

Current chief financial officer Romolo Santoro has been appointed company secretary of Ocean Grown Abalone. Mr  Santoro has a broad range of experience in commercial developments, corporate governance and company administration and has worked for several ASX-listed and other companies over a broad range of industries. Erlyn Dale and Winton Willesee have both resigned as joint company secretaries.

Wolf Martinick has retired as non-executive chair of Oro Verde. Dr  Martinick joined the board in January 2003 when it was a technology software and service company trading under the name Ezenet, and was instrumental in its transition to a mineral resources exploration company in Chile and Nicaragua. Marc Steffens has been appointed a non-executive director. Dr  Steffens is a minerals engineer with experience covering a broad range of commodities and includes areas of project evaluation, project management and process development.

Phylogica has appointed chief executive Rohan Hockings to the board. Robert Hayes has resigned from the board but remains the company’s chief scientific officer.

John Kay has replaced Kevin Hart as company secretary of Pura Vida Energy. Mr  Kay has over 12 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer.

Alan Senior has resigned as non-executive director of Talisman Mining, having been on the board since 2007 including 8 years as chair.

Charlie Bontempo has retired as non-executive chair of Tempo Australia. Mr  Bontempo was the founder and remains a major shareholder.

Mark Sumner has resigned as executive chair of Valor Resources and current non-executive director Brian McMaster will become non-executive chair

Andrew Haslam, Julian Tapp and Vanessa Guthrie have resigned from the board of Vimy Resources. Mr  Tapp will remain the company’s chief nuclear officer, managing uranium markets and economics, stakeholder engagement and approvals.
