Board Moves November 28, 2016

David Parker has resigned as director of Aurora Labs.

Deborah Ambrosini and Kevin Hollingsworth have resigned as directors of Grandbridge, with Maureen Peterson and Charlie Maling appointed as their replacements respectively. Managing director David L Breeze will replace Ms Ambrosini as company secretary.

Elizabeth Donaghey is no longer a non-executive director of Imdex.

Pasquale Rombola has resigned as chairman of Helix Resources. Michael Naylor has been appointed non-executive director, and Dale Hanna will assume the roles of company secretary and chief financial officer previously held by Mr Naylor.

Dr Doug Wilson has resigned as non-executive director of Phylogica.

Jeremy Bond has resigned as director of Oklo Resources.

Pura Vida Energy has appointed Simon Eley as chair. Ric Malcolm will step down as the interim chair, but will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
