Matthew McDonnell has been appointed interim chief financial officer of Admedus. Mr  McDonnell spent over 24 years at KPMG, including 10 years as a partner. He has a broad range of industry experience and corporate governance acumen having delivered audit, accounting and advisory services across a wide range of sectors.

Credit Intelligence has made some changes to its board following the company’s business focus on Sydney and Melbourne. Tony Ho will replace Mel Ashton as non-executive chair, with Mr  Ashton remaining as non-executive director. Krista Bates has resigned as non-executive director.

DroneShield has promoted current vice president of product design, Angus Bean, to chief technology officer. Mr  Bean has been with the company since 2016 in various engineering and product design roles, and has been instrumental in the rollout of several products.

Robert Scott has retired as non-executive director of Homeloans after 18 years on the board, including 3 years as chair.

Katina Nadebaum has been appointed joint company secretary of MacMahon Holdings.

Peter Griffiths is the new chief executive of Neurotech International. Mr  Griffiths has been on Neurotech’s board since May 2016 and an investor since 2015. He has more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, with a particular focus on opportunities in advanced analytics, cloud transformation and big data. He succeeds Wolfgang Storf who has retired as chief executive and managing director.

Ian Stuart has resigned as non-executive director of Tanga Resources.
