Accelerate Resources has appointed Luke Meter as chief executive from January 2024, and YaXi Zhan will transition from managing director to executive director. Mr Meter is a geologist and mining executive with over 18 years of exploration, development and corporate experience. He has been a key contributor in multiple district scale discoveries and developments, and has experience across a range of commodities including lithium, gold, nickel and copper in the world-class Pilbara mining district.

Emyria has appointed Greg Hutchinson as non-executive chair, to bolster the company's innovative mental health research and development programs. Mr Hutchinson has held leadership roles in rapidly scaling clinical services delivery for over 30 years, with significant expertise in scaling frontline health services and research programs.

Eneco Refresh has made some changes to its board and management structure following court matters surrounding managing director Henry Heng, who was served with a Prosecution Notice last week for matters relating to his actions in 2020 and 2021.  Eneco has since appointed current non-executive director Colin Moran as non-executive chair, and current financial controller Richard Mei as chief financial officer. The company is also in the process of searching for a chief operating officer to guide the strategic direction, operations and overall success of the organisation into the future.

New Zealand Coastal Seafoods has appointed current company secretary Brett Crowley as non-executive director, following the resignation of Aldo Miccio as executive chair so he can devote more time to other business interests. Mr Miccio, a co-founder of the company, became an executive director in July 2019 and chair in March 2023.
