Board Moves November 11, 2019

Sandra Bates and John Richards have been appointed non-executive directors of Adriatic Metals. Ms  Bates is a commercial and strategic international lawyer with over 20 years of global experience with listed and private companies. Mr  Richards is an internationally experienced mining executive in initiation and execution of growth strategies and transactions. His appointment follows a request from Sandfire Resources NL, under the terms of the Collaboration and Strategic Partnership Deed, to appoint a nominee to the board.

Victor Turco will be retiring as non-executive director of Pearl Global at the end of the month. Mr Turco joined the board in 2015 and has guided the company through the extended process of recapitalisation and its subsequent re-listing.

Yuri Nehushtan has resigned as non-executive director of UltraCharge.

Wide Open Agriculture has appointed Elizabeth Brennan as non-executive director, following the retirement of founder Hans Schut from the board. Ms  Brennan has extensive marketing, distribution and export experience which will be pertinent to the expansion of the company’s Dirty Clean Foods product lines and distribution channels. She was awarded Most Outstanding Emerging Leader at the inaugural Women in Australian Agribusiness 100 in 2014, and WA Young Achiever of the Year in 2016 for her voluntary and community contributions.

Wolf Minerals has appointed Christian Brehm, Wing Kee Cheng and Hao Wen as non-executive directors; and Bill Lee as company secretary.
