Board Moves November 1, 2019

Chris Burton has been appointed non-executive director of Newfield Resources, following the resignation of Robert Ang from the board. Mr  Burton is a chartered accountant and registered company auditor with over 22 years of finance sector experience in public practice and the private sector.

Ian Ricciardi will transition as executive director to non-executive director of Ocean Grown Abalone.

Mark Stowell has joined the board of Southern Hemisphere Mining as chair, with former chair David Lenigas transitioning to non-executive director.

Structural Monitoring Systems has appointed Stephen Forman as non-executive director and head of investor relations, and current executive director William Rouse will become non-executive chair. Mr  Forman has over 25 years of equity capital markets experience in Australia and North America, and was involved in institutional equity sales and trading, investor relations and corporate advisory with major top-tier global investment groups.

Matthew Foy has resigned as joint company secretary of telecommunications innovator Vonex. Dan Smith will become the sole company secretary.
