Hexagon Resources has announced several changes to its board and management. Current non-executive director, Charles Whitfield, has been appointed chair. Mr Whitfield replaces Neville Miles who is stepping down from the role. Tony Cormack will also be stepping down as non-executive director, and Brent van Staden has resigned as joint company secretary. Leni Stanley will become sole company secretary.
